The idea for infodoodads was formed in December of 2006 by five information enthusiasts: Laurie, Margaret, Hannah, Jane, and Kate. (Michael and Sam came on board later.)
With a fresh start on February 1, 2009, infodoodads is transformed into a blog that invites dialogue centered around a monthly theme of technology and information seeking. Tools, theory, opinion, and use will all be up for discussion. The month-long duration for each theme is intended to provide time for use and reflection which will add value to the conversation and bring it full-circle.
The writers behind infodoodads are still the same seven individuals who love to learn and find information. Each of us will contribute full posts at least once per month. In addition, we now invite guest contributors to help infodoodads grow beyond our perspectives.
