I start almost every day with a mental list of the things that I need to do. Then the phone rings. Then a student stops by. Then I have a meeting. Then an urgent email arrives. Then I get distracted by an interesting blog post. Uh, what was I working on again? WorkHack, a “whiteboard to-do list” is helping me reduce the time I spend moving between tasks. Now I put my mental list on my computer screen.

The genius of WorkHack is its simplicity. No sign up or account necessary, just type in a few characters to prove you’re human and start making your to-do list. Prioritize by color & size if you wish, but the potential for further procrastination ends there. Bookmark the page, then mark your first task “done” and move on to the next one. Now I’m off to mark “write Infodoodads post” as done….

It’s so simple it’s pure genius! I love it. I’m gonna use it all the time. Thanks for the tip. L.
Well, this was timely. I was working my way through the piles on my desk and making to-do lists when I decided to take an email break (you know it’s a tedious task when email is a break) and found this. Thanks!
